Order Processing

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing or have been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Eagle Depot LLC is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Delivered Orders
Once the shipping carrier marks a package as Delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If you believe your package is missing after delivery confirmation, please:

Shipping Delays
While we work hard to deliver orders on time, Eagle Depot LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, severe weather, natural disasters, or other events outside our control.
Customer Support Before Chargebacks
If you experience any issue with your order, we kindly ask that you contact our customer support team before filing a payment dispute or chargeback. Most shipping, delivery, or order issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
Filing a chargeback without first allowing us the opportunity to resolve the issue may delay the resolution process. We maintain detailed order records, payment verification, shipment confirmations, tracking history, and delivery records to respond to payment disputes when necessary.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.
